    I bought one, and after 1 day of trying it in 3 sessions of 10 minutes throughout the day, I'm no longer in pain. Day 2, did the same thing. My mind and body felt GREAT! Day 3, rest. My muscles felt like I worked out for 2 hours at a gym. Day 4 evening, 15 minutes. Felt fantastic! Feeling lose, energized, and mentally great. No inflammation. No arthritis pain. I'm keeping the vibration plate. It's worth it.

    I absolutely love mine! I am on it 20 mins a day. It runs from high intensity and then does mid range to a cool down. I am 5'6 and 165. I am muscle dense as a female, so this may be a factor as why I handle this better. I also have Neurofibromatosis 1...so I have a hard time walking far distances and doing hard exercises. My nerve pain, back pain and other pain issues have substantially subsided.
